I am a 38 years old woman and have been using Dentobac for the last 16 years. Now I want to stop using it. I tried my level best but could not get rid of it. How can my addiction be managed?

You are addicted to Nicotine and it is tobacco addiction. The way to approach this is to not use it and if you have trouble stopping it will be either to try nicotine patch or nicotine gum or lozenges. Discuss with your doctor the option of using Wellbutrin to quit tobacco use. It is dangerous to continue using it as it can cause cancer.
