The presence of absolute neutrophilia with thrombocytosis could indicate a recent infection or may need further evaluation to exclude a possibility of a myeloproliferative disorder. However, in isolation only these values are of littl;e significance unless a clinical examination reveals something like spleen enlargement etc. In addition, a complete CBC with peripheral blood film will be required to assess the situation. Please get in touch with a good hematologist to assess ur status accurately.
