Does my nephew need to take pulse polio drops?

My nephew got three injections of IPV, when he was in the US. Now he is in India. Should the pulse polio drops be given to him or not? He is 1 year 4 months old.

If the child has migrated to India or is going to stay for a long time in India, then yes; otherwise there is no need.
