Do all toothpastes contain artificial sweeteners? Are they good for oral hygiene?. Is it better to use stevia based tooth paste or gel for brushing teeths? I have heard it is good for mouthwash?

Most toothpastes have artificial sweetners to make it pleasant tasting. It does not affect oral hygiene. Some of the gel based toothpastes have silica and could be slightly more abrasive. But I have no documentary proof for the same. It needs to be scientifically validated from the studies undertaken on stevia sugar and gel forms.
