- Jugni, already a very popular number in Pakistan, has introduced Arif to Bollywood and many producers seem keen to have his voice in their films.
- "It was great to sing for Saif Ali Khan's Cocktail. He is a great actor. My song fit the situation. People in Pakistan stood up and clapped when my song appeared on screen, which was great for me," Arif told PTI.
- "I am singing in some more Bollywood movies. There is a film starring Naseerudin Shah and some other offers but things are yet to be finalised. I recently met Shah Rukh Khan and Vidya Balan and they were very nice to me. Artists have a big heart," he added.
- Taking about his upcoming concert in Delhi, Arif, who has taken traditional folk heritage of Punjab all over the world through his music, says the concert will be a mix of Sufi and folk.
- "Sufism is about peace and love and that's what is my music about. Jugni will be there and many more songs. Some will have the colour of Sufi while others come from the soil, the stories of Heer-Ranjha and Mirza-Sahiba," he said.
