Vivegam Trailer: Ajith's Celeb Fan Dhanush Delivers His Verdict

New Delhi: Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar has a new celebrity fan and he's none other than Dhanush. Yes, that's true. The VIP 2 actor praised Ajith in a tweet after his upcoming movie Vivegam's trailer released this morning. In the tweet Dhanush wrote: "Amazing Vivegam trailer. Ajith Sir's charisma is mind blowing. Can't wait, max rage." Vivegam's trailer looked power-packed, in which Ajith features as a special agent named AK of the Counter Terror Squad. Ajith's Vivegam will be Vivek Oberoi's first Tamil film, who plays the role of an antagonist. The film also features Akshara Haasan and Kajal Aggarwal, who plays the role of AK's wife.

It seems Dhanush really admires Ajith and finds him 'super-duper handsome'. In May, when the film's teaser had launched, Dhanush, 34, congratulated the team. Here's what he tweeted:

Dhanush, who recently featured in Soundarya Rajinikanth's Velaiilla Pattadhari 2 or VIP 2, co-starring Kajol Devgn is currently filming Enai Noki Paayum Thota. VIP 2's Hindi version titled Lalkar releases tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Vivegam, directed by Sivakumar Jayakumar aka Siva looks quite promising from its trailer and it has reportedly been shot in some exotic European locations. The film marks Ajith's third collaboration with director Siva after 2014's Veeram and 2015's Vedhalam.

Vivegam hits the screens on August 24.
