  • "I have a lot of secret plans for when I host the awards, but I can tell you I'm excited to lead millions of kids into total crazy fun, chaos . . . and, of course, endless slime!"
  • Previous presenters have included Will Smith, Justin Timberlake, Cameron Diaz and Ben Stiller.
  • The event will take place on March 23, at the University of Southern California's Galen Centre in Los Angeles and will be broadcast live.
  • The hunky actor and his wife Fergie have been vocal about their desire to have children and she previously admitted she will be "very excited" when she does fall pregnant.
  • She said: "It's definitely something that we're interested in doing. We made no secret of that. We'll be very excited when it happens."
  • Josh has also spoken of their desire for kids in the past and revealed they are planning to work on having children rather than adopting another pet dog to replace their rescue pooch, Meatloaf, who died from a brain disorder.
  • He said: "I think we're going to focus on our human baby first. Hopefully we'll have kids and then at some point we'll get another dog.
  • "I don't know how to describe it, but anyone who would come over, they all went to Meatloaf.
  • "He was just so f***ing adorable. He was a really, really soulful smart little dog. I never thought I'd be as shaken up as I was when he was gone."
