New Delhi: Actors Rani Mukerji, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, filmmakers Ayan Mukerji and Imtiaz Ali visited a Durga Puja pandal on Friday afternoon on the occasion of Mahanavami (the ninth day of Navratri festival) in Mumbai. Rani Mukerji has been pictured alone while Alia and Ranbir took Goddess Durga's blessings together. Rani looked beautiful in a cream coloured saree with golden blouse and accentuated her look with stunning kundan jewellery. While Alia opted for a yellow churidaar kurta and Ranbir looked dapper in a peach coloured kurta pyjama. Ranbir and Alia are coming together for an untitled film directed by Ayan Mukerji. Bhagyashree, best-known for her role in Salman Khan's Maine Pyar Kiya, also visited the same pandal as Rani. She looked stunning in a heavy red saree and golden jewellery.
Kajol's sister Tanishaa Mukherji and cousin Sharbani also took the blessings and later posed for a picture with Bhagyashree. (We missed you, Kajol). Every year, Sharbani organises the North Bombay Durga Puja Samiti. Ayan Mukerji is also Kajol's cousin.
Actress Madhoo, who last featured in the TV show Aarambh, kept in simple in a quintessential white sari with a red border (laal paar sari).
Meanwhile, Rani Mukerji, who is married to Yash Raj Films boss Aditya Chopra, will be next seen in Hichki. The couple are parents to daughter Adira, 1.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are currently prepping for Ayan's film, produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. Ranbir celebrated his 35th birthday yesterday. He is now awaiting the release of Sanjay Dutt biopic while Alia is filming Raazi.
