New Delhi:

In a new twist to the Bigg Boss drama, celebrity contestants in the TV reality show Bigg Boss 8 will now take up the role of reporters who will fish for inside scoops for viewers.

As a part of a new task called 'BB News,' contestants will take turns to become reporters and quiz their co-contestants about their performance, strategies, fights and more.

The task is designed to expose strategies in a way which could give rise to a new scandal.

Meanwhile, in the luxury budget task called 'Bavishyavani', the contestants defy Bigg Boss' predictions to win the task. To everyone's "surprise", Karishma Tanna and Gautam Gulati, who do not see eye to eye on a daily basis, are seen dancing on their improvised version of Delhiwali Girlfriend.

Ali Quli Mirza, who is appointed a secret agent to ensure that others are not able to complete the task, fails miserably - His attempts are so desperate that the housemates deduce his true role in the task and ignore him.

This week's captain, Sonali Raut, has a task of her own - to find a rogue member in the house who is trying to irk her. She wakes up to find her mug being kept in the 'Lost and Found' section of the house, which annoys her.

But Bigg Boss cheers her up by sending her a big chocolate cake to celebrate her birthday with the housemates.
