After provocative poster, Kareena Kapoor stars in risque first trailer of <i>Heroine</i>

Heroine fever is gripping Bollywood. Just a day after the first poster featuring Kareena Kapoor in a provocative pose was released, the first trailer of director Madhur Bhandarkar's much-awaited film is finally out.
The uncensored promo features Kareena in some love-making scenes.
Director Madhur Bhandarkar announced the launch of the first theatrical promo on Twitter:
Excited & anxious to take the 1st step towards presenting my film #Heroine to my audience. Jst infew hrs.

Amid all the excitement, newspaper advertisement of the movie that show Kareena smoking have drawn more flak with the anti-tobacco lobby accusing the film of blatantly violating india's tobacco law.
