JEE Main 2026 Session 2: The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2026 is scheduled to start on Thursday. Admit cards are also available on the official website of NTA, and candidates are required to download them, as without an admit card, entry will be prohibited.

For the afternoon shift, the reporting time is 1:00 pm. Instructions will be provided from 2:30 pm to 2:50 pm, and candidates will log in at 2:50 pm. The exam will start at 3:00 pm and end at 6:00 pm.

On the exam day, candidates must carry all required documents. These include the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 admit card, a valid government-approved ID proof such as Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, PAN card, or driving license, and two passport-size photographs. Candidates who received an email from NTA must also bring a photo verification certificate.

Additionally, candidates must complete the self-declaration form on the first page of the admit card by attaching a photograph and placing their left thumb impression, which should be signed only at the exam center in the presence of the invigilator. Those who registered using PAN, passport, or voter ID must fill out the Non-Aadhaar Declaration Form on page 4 of the admit card.

Candidates are required to follow all exam day guidelines strictly. They should arrive at the exam center at least one hour before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card.
