Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) in Delhi is all set to celebrate its annual English literary festival – ZEPHYR'24. The event is organised by the college's English Literary Society, which was established in 1930, just four years after the college's inception. Over the years, the society has continued its mission of promoting individuality, creativity, and a love for literature by exploring various forms of expression.
About ZEPHYR'24:
ZEPHYR, which means "gentle breeze," provides a platform for engagement, expression, debate, and discussion every year. The festival brings together a diverse mix of writers, thinkers, leaders, and entertainers to interact with young minds on one stage. The speaker sessions feature notable figures from academia, and literature, as well as influencers and performers, drawing a large turnout from the university annually. ZEPHYR'24 is scheduled for:

Speakers:
Ambassador Pavan K. Varma: The only serving Indian ambassador in Bhutan, Mr Varma has received Bhutan's highest civilian award, the Druk Thuksey award, from His Majesty the King of Bhutan. Known for his depth of knowledge, Mr Varma's upcoming session is going to explore the connections between diplomacy and literature.
Author and former CEO Mr Gurcharan Das: Mr Gurcharan Das, the former CEO of Procter and Gamble India, is renowned for his blend of wit and wisdom. His session at ZEPHYR'24 will be based on the theme of ‘Making a living versus making a life,' from his latest book, 'Another Sort of Freedom.'
Storyteller Ms Mehak Mirza Prabhu: Ms Mehak Mirza Prabhu is known for her skilful use of voice modulation. In ZEPHYR'24, she is going to take the audience on a journey filled with laughter, wonder, and thought-provoking insights.
Poet Rutwik Deshpande: Rutwik Deshpande's poetic appeal resonates deeply with listeners and wins their hearts and minds. His session at ZEPHYR'24 invites attendees to immerse themselves in the beauty of poetic expression.
Journalist and Instagram sensation Arun Singh aka thejhumroo: In addition to being a journalist, Arun Singh is a social media influencer and content creator. His ability to blend serious news reporting with humour and lightheartedness has made him a favourite among audiences.
People's Theater Group and Mr. Niloy Roy: The People's Theatre Group, under the guidance of Mr. Niloy Roy, is renowned for its impactful theatrical performances. Their performance at ZEPHYR'24 is going to be based on Kahlil Gibran's 'On Clothes,' which explores timeless themes of humanity's journey through crises and well-being.
