Jajpur:
A 'tantrik' was arrested and remanded to jail custody today for allegedly raping a teenaged girl in Orissa's Jajpur district, police said.
The incident was reported from Haladigadia village where Bhaju Jena alias Manibaba took advantage of the girl for three years after befriending her parents with the promise of giving them wealth and prosperity through black magic and also forced the girl to undergo an abortion, the FIR lodged by her brother stated.
Medical test of both the accused and the victim has been done, said SP D S Kuttey.
