Triumph Scrambler 400X New Colour
Triumph Motorcycles India has added a new paint scheme option to the line of Scrambler 400X motorcycles. The latest addition to the range is called Lava Red Satin, which appears to be very similar to the existing combination of Volcanic Red and Phantom Black. However, a closer look at the pictures reveals differences between the two. The update was shared by the brand via social media platforms. However, it is yet to be updated on the official website.
Just like the Pearl Metallic White paint scheme revealed last year. The new paint is mainly visible on the tank with a black ribbon running across, highlighting the brand's logo on the tank. Meanwhile, the rest of the black elements remain the same. The list includes engine casing, side panels, seat, and exhaust, among other things.

Mechanically, the motorcycle remains the same with the 398.15 cc, liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, generating 39.5 hp of power and 37.5 Nm of peak torque, which is transmitted to the rear wheel through a 6-speed transmission. Additionally, the features remain unchanged, with the Triumph Scrambler 400X retaining the same semi-analogue speedometer that includes an integrated LCD screen, lacking any smartphone connectivity at all.
The price of the Triumph Scrambler 400X continues to be the same, starting at Rs 2.67 lakh (ex-showroom). Hence, the scrambler continues to be the third most affordable in the manufacturer's lineup, led by the Speed T4 and the Speed 400, which are built on the same platform but with different body styles and a few differences. Specifically, the Speed T4 is priced at Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and the Speed 400 comes at Rs 2.46 lakh (ex-showroom).
