Kia Carens Clavis EV Bookings Commence From July 22, Check Deets

Kia India has announced the opening of bookings for its first made-in-India 7-seater electric vehicle, the Carens Clavis EV, starting July 22, 2025. The prices of the Kia Carens Clavis start from Rs 17.99 lakh (ex-showroom), and prospective customers can book the Carens Clavis EV through Kia India website and Kia dealerships across the country by paying a nominal amount of Rs 25,000.

The Kia Carens Clavis EV embodies Kia's global design philosophy - "Opposites United", blending innovation with accessibility. The brand claims that the Carens Clavis EV redefines electric mobility through intelligent technology, contemporary design, and exceptional value. With its striking exterior and a premium, spacious cabin, this electric RV is poised to set new benchmarks in India's EV segment.

The Carens Clavis EV is powered by and comes with two battery options - 42kWh with ARAI-certified 404km range (MIDC full) and the 51.4kWh battery pack with an ARAI-certified range of 490km (MIDC full). The Carens Clavis EV comes with fast charging capabilities (10% to 80% in just 39 minutes via a 100kW DC charger), electric motors delivering 126kW and 99kW output with 255Nm torque, and four levels of regenerative braking system using paddle shifters.

Talking about the safety features, the Carens Clavis EV is equipped with ADAS Level 2 with 20 autonomous features and a robust suite of 18 Hi-Safety features to ensure passenger protection and peace of mind on every drive. The vehicle also comes with a robust suite of 90 connected car features, including smartphone integration, intelligent navigation, and remote-control capabilities.

On the inside, the electric MPV comes with a 67.62 cm (26.62") Dual Panoramic Display Panel, which integrates infotainment and driver instrumentation for a futuristic cockpit feel. Additional comforts include a Smart Infotainment-Temperature Control Swap Switch, 64-color ambient cabin lighting, One-Touch Electric Tumble for second-row seats, Boss Mode for added convenience, and a Dual Pane Panoramic Sunroof that floods the cabin with natural light.

The Carens Clavis EV is available in 4 variants - HTK Plus, HTX, HTX ER, and HTX Plus ER, and 6 color options- Glacier White Pearl, Gravity Gray, Aurora Black Pearl, Pewter Olive, Imperial Blue, and Ivory Silver Matte.
