Cop Goes Viral With 'Hulku Re' Trend, Explains Traffic Rules In AI Style: Watch Video

The Indian internet is currently flooded with quirky, scroll-stopping trends, with the 'Hulku Re' meme being one of the latest to go viral. It portrays the Avenger character navigating a difficult, often toxic environment while struggling to make ends meet. While most creators and doom scrollers see it purely for entertainment, traffic police officer Vivek Anand Tiwari has taken a different route, using the popular dialogue to spread awareness about road safety.

In the viral clip, Tiwari is seen on duty stopping a young motorcyclist riding without a helmet. Things get a bit awkward when the rider is asked for his licence and visibly freezes. What follows, however, is the twist- Tiwari breaks into the trending 'Hulku Re' AI-style narration, explaining how underage riding can lead to accidents and lifelong regret. He then drops the act with a witty line, reminding the youngster he's a real traffic inspector, not AI, and non-compliance could result in a hefty challan.

According to reports, driving without a license can cost a challan of up to Rs 5,000 for first-time offenders and up to Rs 10,000 for subsequent offences. Keeping the challan fact to the side, underage driving can often lead to fatal accidents. Underage driving is dangerous primarily due to the lack of cognitive maturity, experience, and emotional control in teenagers. One recent example is that in Madhya Pradesh has claimed the lives of three brothers, leaving their family in mourning. The incident, captured on video, unfolded in Mauganj District, highlighting the dangers of high-speed riding without safety measures.

How To Pay A Pending Challan?

In case you have a challan due to unavoidable circumstances and need to settle it, the process is quite simple. The government's eParivahan portal allows you to check and pay pending fines online without any hassle.

To get started, visit the official eParivahan website and click on the 'Check e-challan status' option. You'll be redirected to a new page where you can enter either your challan number or your vehicle number. Entering the challan number will show details of that specific fine, while using the vehicle number will display all pending challans linked to it.

Once the details appear, select the challan you want to pay and proceed with the payment. The portal supports multiple payment methods, including UPI, net banking, as well as debit and credit cards. After completing the transaction, make sure to download the receipt for your records.
