BMW X6 M60i xDrive Pre-Booking Begins In India - Details

BMW India has officially started pre-launch bookings for the new BMW X6 M60i xDrive in the Indian market. The performance-focused luxury SUV-coupe is making a comeback after being discontinued in 2023, and this time the new BMW X6 M60i xDrive arrives with updated styling, a powerful V8 engine, and more premium features. The new BMW X6 M60i xDrive will be brought to India as a Completely Built-Up (CBU) model, and customers can pre-book the SUV through authorised BMW dealerships or the brand's official website.

BMW X6 M60i xDrive: Design

The new BMW X6 M60i xDrive continues with its sporty coupe-SUV styling that has always helped the X6 stand out on the road. Up front, the BMW X6 M60i xDrive gets a refreshed kidney grille, sharper LED headlamps with new DRL signatures, and a more aggressive bumper design. BMW has also added M-specific styling touches to make the SUV look even sportier.

On the sides, the BMW X6 M60i xDrive rides on large 21-inch alloy wheels with a twin-spoke design, while blacked-out ORVMs and red brake calipers add contrast. At the rear, the updated LED taillamps and sporty dual exhaust setup give the BMW X6 M60i xDrive a muscular appearance.

BMW X6 M60i xDrive: Interior And Features

Inside the cabin, the BMW X6 M60i xDrive takes inspiration from the latest BMW X5. The dashboard now gets BMW's curved display setup, which combines a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system in a single panel.

The BMW X6 M60i xDrive is also expected to come loaded with premium features such as ventilated and powered front seats, panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, multi-zone climate control, powered tailgate, and ADAS functions. The luxury SUV is designed to offer a mix of comfort, technology, and performance-focused driving.

BMW X6 M60i xDrive: Engine And Performance

The biggest highlight of the BMW X6 M60i xDrive is its massive 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine paired with a 48V mild-hybrid system. The engine produces 523 hp and 750 Nm of peak torque, while power is sent to all four wheels through BMW's xDrive all-wheel-drive system and an 8-speed automatic gearbox.

BMW claims the BMW X6 M60i xDrive can sprint from 0-100 kmph in just 4.3 seconds, making it one of the quickest luxury SUVs in its segment. The SUV also gets rear-wheel steering and performance-focused engineering for better handling.

BMW X6 M60i xDrive: Expected Price

BMW is yet to announce the official launch date and pricing of the BMW X6 M60i xDrive in India. However, reports suggest the luxury coupe SUV could be priced around Rs 1.3 crore to Rs 1.4 crore (ex-showroom). With bookings now open, the BMW X6 M60i xDrive is expected to launch in the coming weeks.
