Nope. Sri Lanka is most certainly not India's neighbouring country
The thing about general knowledge is that, it is generally not known. A team from the YouTube channel Being Indian went around Mumbai asking questions related to the country's History and Geography, and the answers they received ranged from highly creative to where-in-blazes-did-that-come-from.
Watch it carefully. There are wise gems strewn in every nook of the video. For instance, Mahatma Gandhi's mother's name was apparently "something devi" or "something bai" or the best of the lot, "Kasturba". Yes. Indeed. Oedipus just died again.
We learn that Odisha is in the north eastern part of India, Kashmir and Haryana are in the south, and that Jharkhand is in Chhattisgarh. Vice versa may also be true, by the by. Oh, and Russia is our neighbouring country while Sri Lanka it seems, is not. Also, in case you didn't know, Ladakh is in Pakistan. Slow clap for everyone who's been featured in the video.
