Mumbai:
The primary runway at Mumbai Airport will remain shut for two days from 9am to 5 pm starting today.
The runway has been closed to remove temporary blast fence at the beginning of the runway which had been constructed to protect workers at the airport from the blast of jet engines.
The closure has not majorly affected flight landing into or taking off from Mumbai. Jet Airways says there are no major delays as of now. Air India too has said that their flights are not affected.
