New Delhi:
Congress president Sonia Gandhi was seen this evening at Delhi's Subhash Maidan for the traditional burning of Ravana on the occasion of Dusshera. The Prime Minister was also present.
This is her second appearance in public after she returned to Delhi from a six-week stay in the US for surgery. The nature of her ailment has not been disclosed by her party, the Congress, which has requested privacy for Mrs Gandhi and her family on the issue.
Before this evening. Mrs Gandhi was seen at Rajghat on Mahatma Gandhi's birthday, October 2.
