'More Devastation As People Are Not Following Orders': Himachal Chief Minister

While talking to NDTV about the 61 deaths in Himachal Pradesh in the monsoon fury , Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said this is the highest death the state has seen in the monsoons. The Chief Minister also said that there should be more focus on the drainage system and how roads are built. The rain is causing more devastation because people are not following orders, he said, adding that it will take a year to rebuild.
