Drones, CCTV And Extra Forces: Delhi Police Tightens Security For Nov 1 Rally
Delhi Police has put in place an elaborate two-tier security arrangement for the November 1 rally at Ramlila Maidan, covering both the march route from Minto Bridge and the venue. With nearly 300 CCTV cameras, drone surveillance and additional forces deployed, authorities are preparing for large crowds at the 45,000-capacity ground while prioritising pedestrian movement and crowd management.
