The video shows Kailash enjoying a glass of fresh pomegranate juice at a modest cart in Afghanistan. When he attempts to pay, the vendor politely smiles and refuses to take any money at all, repeating the word "mehman", which means guest.
A local man standing nearby further clarifies the sentiment by saying, "India mehman hai", emphasising the warmth extended towards Indian travellers in particular. The travel vlogger, touched by the gesture, responds by acknowledging the country's hospitality, saying, "Ye hai Afghanistan ki mehmannawazi." He adds that he has experienced this level of hospitality in many places across Afghanistan and would love to visit again.
