What The Lawsuit Alleges
According to court documents obtained by People Magazine, Besse claims that while staying at Disney's All‑Star Sports Resort, he “was bitten numerous times by cimicidae (‘bed bugs')”. The complaint accuses Walt Disney Parks and Resorts of negligence in maintaining safe and sanitary lodging conditions. The lawsuit alleges that Disney failed to properly inspect the room before Besse's stay and did not take adequate preventive measures to protect guests from exposure to bed bugs.
