The Supreme Court has asked the Uttar Pradesh government to respond within four weeks in the alleged hate speech by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in 2007. The bench served a notice while hearing a plea challenging an Allahabad High Court order which said that Yogi Adityanath can't be prosecuted in the case.
