The death of Sadiq Batcha, an aide of former telecom minister A Raja, has come back into focus after a man from nearby Ariyalur alleged that he was murdered and it was not a case of suicide.

Five years ago, the death of Sadiq Batcha, a close aide of then Telecom Minister A Raja had caused quite a stir as the 2G scam allegations had just started gathering steam.
