Sony has announced an R-rated animated film adaptation of Bloodborne, FromSoftware's beloved action-RPG. Announced at CinemaCon this week, the Bloodborne movie will be produced by popular YouTube Jacksepticeye. Sony said the film will stay "very true" to the spirit of the game.

Sony pictures has signed a deal with Zach Lipovsky and Adam B. Stein, co-directors of last year’s Final Destination Bloodlines, to direct a Metal Gear Solid film adaptation. The project is set to be produced by Avi Arad and Ari Arad. It's unclear if Hideo Kojima will be involved with the project.
