A bus driver in China went above and beyond the call of the duty when he carried eight passengers on his back out of the bus during a flood. Footage, most likely captured on a phone camera, shows the driver walking to and fro in knee-deep water, moving passengers to dry land. The video from the incident has now collected over 18,000 views after it was posted by People's Daily, China on Facebook yesterday.

According to the details in the video, the incident took place on June 20 when Lanzhou, in China's Gansu Province, was hit with by a hail storm. As a result of the storm, several areas including the bus stand were water logged. It's also reported that the water was extremely cold. The driver, identified as Liu Huijun, 35, didn't care about his own drenched clothes and shoes when he went out of his way to help his passengers. He worked for over two hours in his wet clothes.
 
 
 


"Big brother, good job," says one Facebook user on the video. "I'm impressed," says another.

But that's not all. China has more than one amazing bus driver. Case in point, this man who stepped out of his bus at a traffic signal in order to help a visually impaired person cross the road.

The heartwarming incident was captured on surveillance camera on June 19 in China's Henan Province. This video has collected over 34,000 views since being shared yesterday.
 
 
 


"He did the right thing. Most importantly, it's self-motivated. Moral education done right," says one Facebook user on the video. "That's called a good Samaritan," says another.
