A Twitter user thought it worth his while to seek the foreign affairs minister's aid in getting a fix for his... can you believe it... refrigerator. In three tweets, Mr Venkat wrote to Ms Swaraj and Union Minister for Food and Public Distribution Ram Vilas Paswan telling them about the defective refrigerator he was sold, asking them to sort out his issue.
Incredibly, Ms Swaraj not only read the tweet but even responded to it. And while Mr Venkat may not be happy with her reply, we love the minister's epic response to him:
