Humpty Dumpty had a great a fall... this line from the classic children's poem sums ups your entire life. Sitting, standing, climbing stairs - any activity that involves any kind of movement, even if it is just breathing in and out, includes the possibility of you falling down.

Falls that make you laugh, falls that leave you embarrassed, falls that leave you with broken teeth or bones - you've had them all.
