She wore a strapless pastel gown with heavy earrings and a sleek high ponytail. It may seem like an unconventional hairstyle for a formal outfit but it showcased her earrings and neckline with an elegant touch. To get Sushmita Sen's high ponytail for yourself, follow these steps.

Step 1 - Spray L'Oreal Hot And Straight Heat Protection Spray over your hair length. It will protect your tresses when heat styling and allow it to last longer. It is available for Rs 999 from Rs 1200.
Step 2 - Divide your hair into 3 sections - one at the topmost crown area, one in the middle and one of the lowest layer of hair that falls over the neck.
Step 3 - Turn on your hair straightener like Philips Kerashine Straightener to heat for a few minutes. It is available for Rs 1999 from Rs 2205. When ready, start at the lowermost hair section. Take a 1- 2 inch piece from it, run the Vega Paddle Hair Brush costing Rs 335 from Rs 375, through it with one hand and with the other hand, begin straightening the hair from root to end once or twice until the hair is sleek. Continue this until lower section is straightened, then the centre section and finally, the crown.
Step 4 - Once all hair has been straightened, lightly apply L'Oreal X-tenso Care Serum in it. This will prevent frizz from upsetting the hairstyle, enhance smoothness and add gloss to it. It is available for Rs 525 from Rs 575.
Step 5 - Gather all the hair at the end of the crown in one hand and with the other, brush until the base is sleek and neat. Tie it with a scrunchie and fold a thin section of hair over the band of the ponytail to conceal it.
