Police say that a college principal was attacked by students before they took him into their custody in Karnataka.
The students from a business management college have accused the principal of indecent behaviour on a tour to Goa a few days ago, that was part of the course.
The principal, Ananda Vadin, was manhandled by students.
Police told NDTV that this happened before they took him into their custody, and that he was not badly injured. A case was registered against the principal on the complaint from the girls.
The investigation is still going on.
