Nashik:
The MCOCA court in Maharashtra has admitted the bail applications of 9 alleged SIMI members booked in the 2006 Malegaon blast case.
The court has asked the investigating agencies - CBI and Anti-Terror Squad to file their reply by the 28th of January.
The next hearing is on the 28th January.
The main ground for the bail application is Aseemanand's confession in which he has allegedly stated that the right-wing group was responsible for the blasts.
