The thirteenth day of parliament's monsoon session saw historic clearance of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) reform in Rajya Sabha after 7 long hours of debate. The session also saw AIADMK lawmakers walk out of Upper House. In today's session Finance Minster Arun Jaitley is expected to present The Enforcement of Security Interest and Recovery of Debts Laws and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) Bill, 2016.
