Jharkhand: 3 minor girls killed while playing with bomb

Dumka, Jharkhand: Three minor girls were killed on Sunday in Jharkhand's Dumka district, when a crude bomb they were playing with exploded.

A fourth girl is battling for life in the hospital.

The girls - all aged 10 years and under - found the 'toy' in the tree hollow and brought it down. It exploded when they tried to tear it open - out of curiosity.

The girls were out feeding their cattle at a pasture in the village, when they found the bomb. Police have launched raids to identify those who planted the bomb.
