I am 25 years old. I am suffering from an unusual problem from the past 6 months. When I wake up in the morning, I find my prepuce swollen, which becomes normal after half an hour of urination . I also have irritation in the prepuce and ejaculate prematurely during sex whenever my prepuce gets swollen. Is something seriously wrong with me?

Morning erections are common while waking up and go away as in your case. However, irritation and premature ejaculation should be evaluated by a urologist and advised accordingly. You should have your blood sugar checked and meet a urologist with the results. Premature ejaculation may have multifactorial aetiology but is a treatable problem.
