What is the appropriate treatment for pyorrhoea?

The treatment is to first get the teeth cleaned (scaling) under medicine cover. Then depending upon bone loss, surgery may be planned. Some local therapy like mouth washes and massage with gum paints would also be definitely helpful. Please don't delay and go to a dental surgeon, preferably periodontist and get proper treatment.
