What is an economical treatment for diabetes?

My age is 32 and I am suffering from diabetes for the last 5 years. My father was also suffering from diabetes. I am from the middle class. I am an insulin dependent patient. I use Penfill now but it is costly so please give me some information about cheap way to get insulin. As I know, some company give insulin bulb in Rs. 145, what is it?

To save costs, you can use syringes and vials instead of penfill. Also you could use monocomponent animal insulin instead of human. Monocomponent animal insulin is made by USV.
