While sleeping, saliva comes out of my wife's mouth. I think it is very dirty. Is there any medicine to control it?

This is called drooling and is very common in patients who mouth breathe at night. Someone has to find out if the tongue is alright. Please show her to some ENT specialist. No, there is no medicine as such that can be prescribed.
