How can the shape of my son's flat head be corrected?
Question
The head of my 4-month-old son is flat on one side. I try to put him on the other side, but it hasn't helped so far. Will his head go back in shape? Will his head remain flat like this? Please advise.

At 4 months age the head is easily moulded. By frequently changing the position of the head the shape will revert to normal. The baby should be placed in different positions for a period of time. The change in head shape is not immediate, it takes as long as 6 months to a year.
