There is no harm in taking Duphalac (lactulose) during pregnancy for constipation. However there is no role for Ubicar (that contains ubidecarenone and l-carnitine). Its safety during pregnancy has not been established. Moreover one should take the most minimum, most essential, safe medicines during pregnancy. I hope your are taking folic acid (sold as Folet or Folvite) 5mg daily which prevents birth defects.
