Eid Mubarak! The joyous day to mark the culmination of the holy month of Ramzan is here, bringing with it an unmistakable sense of festive cheer. Adding to the joy are our favourite Bollywood celebrities who have been sending their best wishes on the occasion. Several actors and actresses shared social media posts wishing fans an abundance of goodness on Eid. To begin with, actor Sanjay Dutt shared a lovely family photo on the occasion with his wife Maanayata Dutt and twins Iqra and Shahraan. In the caption, he wrote, “Wishing you and your family peace, happiness and good health on the auspicious occasion of Eid and Akshaya Tritiya.”
Actress Shilpa Shetty also wished fans in a special video. In it, the actress says, “Assalamualaikum! Aap sab ko meri taraf se Eid Mubarak (Wish you all a happy Eid).” In the caption, she said, “Aapko aur aapke poore parivaar ko meri taraf se Eid Mubarak (Wish you and your family a happy Eid). Sending warm wishes and loads of love to everyone celebrating today!”
On Twitter, actor Akshay Kumar said, “Eid Mubarak everyone! May this day bring happiness in everyone's life.”
Ajay Devgn too shared a note on the occasion. “#EidMubarak to everyone! May this Eid bring you peace, love, happiness and prosperity,” he said.

Actress Madhuri Dixit shared a tweet wishing her fans and wrote, “#EidMubarak to everyone celebrating! May this auspicious occasion bring prosperity to all!”
Actress Dia Mirza shared a picture with her son on the occasion and wrote, “Eid Mubarak everyone. Wishing you and your loved ones' peace, health and happiness. This is our little one's first Eid and we pray that everyone is safe and with their loved ones.”

This year, Eid coincides with Akshaya Tritiya, a Hindu festival signifying prosperity and abundance.
