Namrata Shirodkar has started exercising again. The actress, on Saturday, posted a photo of herself with gym equipment in the background and added a note about safety precautions against COVID-19. Namrata Shirodkar is married to actor Mahesh Babu and according to several media reports, the couple and their children have quarantined themselves after Mahesh Babu's personal stylist tested positive for COVID-19. In her latest post, Namrata Shirodkar wrote: "Exercise is challenging!! Especially after a long break but it's said that regular exercise makes you less likely to catch COVID and even if you do, it may help you recover faster! Stay fit, stay safe!"

Reacting to Namrata Shirodkar's photo, her sister, actress Shilpa Shirodkar, commented: "Always shining." Actress Payal Rajput also dropped a comment that read: "I feel honoured when people compare me with you... you are one of my favs... lots of love."
