Dr. Awadh Naresh Sharma, Education Director has said that the Board has plans to conduct the examination early this year. Previously the entire process of conducting the exam and evaluation took more than a month; however this year the Board will complete the process within a month. There will also be a reduction in the number of exam centres, which was 11413 previously.
According to sources, for UP board exams 2018, a total of 6702483 candidates have registered out of which 3712508 have registered for the class 10 board exam.
