Madhyamik Results 2019: West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) recorded 86.07 pass per cent in Madhyamik examination, highest in recent years, Dr. Kalyanmoy Ganguly, Board President, said in a press meet held to announce class 10th results today. Sougata Das of Mahammadpur Deshpran Vidyapith in Purba Midnapore emerged as the State Topper after scoring 694 marks out of 700, a whopping 99.14 per cent. The second topper scored 691 and the third and four ranked received 689 and 687 marks respectively.
Upon asking if the board was following in the footsteps of other boards where toppers scored above 99 per cent marks, the board president said, "We are not influenced by evaluation of other boards. We are following our own yardsticks. These students deservedly got such marks."
Among the districts, East Midnapore is at the top with 96.10 per cent pass percentage and Kolkata is at second spot with 92.13 per cent pass percentage.

Step three: Enter your examination roll number and date of birth.
Step four: Submit and view your result.
