New Delhi Municipal Council Schools have finally re-opened on Monday. Schools had been closed due to the cold wave that has enveloped the city.
The cold wave which had hit the city in December and continued in January claimed around 300 lives in north India. Dense fog in the region has also disrupted flight and train schedules.
