Four of family thrashed to death with iron rods

Patiala: Four members of a family died after six unidentified persons allegedly attacked them with iron rods in Preet Vihar area here this morning, police said.

The incident occurred when the gang entered a house and started beating the family members with iron rods, they said.

The motive behind the crime is being traced, they added.
