Royal Enfield launched the Guerrilla 450 in July 2024 and it instantly garnered eyeballs due to its appealing design language, never seen on any Royal Enfield before. Now, the brand has unveiled a race-inspired version of the Guerrilla 450 that looks captivating with its sinister looks.

This particular Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 has been designed by Pepo Rosell, the Italian custom bike maker, and the model has been showcased at the Wheels and Waves Festival 2025.
Though the frame and the engine of the bike have been retained from the standard Guerrilla 450, there are plenty of changes that make it look more aggressive and ferocious than the regular Guerrilla 450. The mod retains its mainframe from the standard model. However, this mod gets an XTR Pepo custom-built sub-frame, which hosts a raised seat, and a compact tail section. Also, it has ditched the regular handlebars to fit in low-slung clip-on bars. Also, the GRR 450 decal all over the bike gives it a more aggressive appeal.
On the rear end, Pepo has probably used Aprilia RS 660's swingarm, joined with a custom foot peg. The custom-built Guerrilla 450 also gets Showa inverted fork and a custom nitrox monoshock at the front and the rear, respectively.
Pepo has retained the 450cc engine as seen on the standard models. However, it has equipped a larger carbon fiber airbox to improve the performance and a titanium custom exhaust for the race-inspired mod. Originally, the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 delivered 40 hp and 40 Nm.
