Tata Motors is all set to launch the updated Tata Tiago and Tata Tiago EV in India tomorrow. The new Tata Tiago facelift and Tata Tiago EV facelift have already been revealed ahead of the official price announcement, and both hatchbacks come with major design tweaks, fresh interiors, and several new features. The Tata Tiago and Tata Tiago EV have been popular choices in the affordable hatchback segment, and with this facelift, Tata Motors is trying to make both models feel more premium and modern.
Tata Tiago, Tiago EV Facelifts: Exterior Design
The updated Tata Tiago gets a completely refreshed front look. The Tata Tiago now comes with sleeker LED headlamps along with eyebrow-style LED DRLs, giving the hatchback a sharper road presence. The front bumper has also been redesigned and gets black treatment for a sportier appearance.

The Tata Tiago facelift also receives new pixel-style LED fog lamps and redesigned alloy wheels. On the sides, the Tata Tiago gets black wheel arches and updated ORVMs with camera pods. At the rear, the connected LED tail-lamps are among the biggest highlights of the new Tata Tiago.

Meanwhile, the Tata Tiago EV facelift gets a slightly different design language. As an EV, the Tata Tiago EV gets a closed-off grille, revised bumpers, and aero-styled wheels for better efficiency.

Inside, both the Tata Tiago and Tata Tiago EV now feature a revised dashboard layout with a cleaner, more upright design. The cabin continues with a black-and-grey theme, but the overall layout now looks more modern than before. The Tata Tiago facelift gets a free-standing driver's display and a revised two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo. The Tata Tiago EV also gets floating-style screens and additional gloss-black inserts across the dashboard.

Feature additions on the Tata Tiago and Tata Tiago EV are expected to include a 360-degree camera, dual wireless phone chargers, rear AC vents, TPMS, and a six-speaker audio system. Tata Motors is also likely to offer six airbags as standard on both hatchbacks.

The Tata Tiago is expected to continue with the same 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine along with a CNG option. Transmission choices are likely to include both manual and AMT gearboxes.

The Tata Tiago EV could continue with the existing battery pack options, although Tata Motors may introduce updated battery technology and improved range figures with the facelifted model.
Tata Tiago, Tiago EV: Expected Price
Prices of the Tata Tiago facelift are expected to start at around Rs 5 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Tata Tiago EV facelift could see a slight increase over the current model that is priced around Rs 8 lakh to Rs 11.15 lakh (ex-showroom).
