Sometimes, the most interesting car stories come from the most unexpected places, and this cleverly modified Hyundai Grand i10 from Gujarat is a perfect example. A viral video doing the rounds on Instagram shows the popular hatchback transformed with an extended, raised roofline, instantly changing its proportions and giving it a far more spacious appearance.

From the outside, the modification is hard to miss. The roof has been lifted to create extra headroom, giving the compact hatch a very tall stance that almost makes it look like an elongated golf kart. What makes it even more interesting is that the design still blends surprisingly well with the Grand i10's rounded silhouette and city-friendly dimensions.

The customised cabin focuses heavily on space, comfort, and a plush seating layout, making the small hatch feel far roomier than its stock version. The raised roof naturally frees up more vertical space, which can significantly improve rear-seat comfort, especially for taller passengers.
